Background

About

Christophe Cosnefroy, founder of Yelty: thirty years of information systems architecture, from developer to CTO, now dedicated to enterprise AI.

I am Christophe Cosnefroy. For more than thirty years I have been designing information systems: I started as a developer in 1993 and held my last salaried position as CTO of a SaaS software vendor, sitting on its executive committee.

In between, I have been a developer, architect, consultant, head of architecture teams, DevOps and cloud specialist. This path taught me one thing: a system only has value once it runs in production, reliably, securely and under control. That is exactly what most AI projects lack today.

Why Yelty

Companies have multiplied generative AI experiments. Few have managed to take them into production. The problem is rarely the model: it is integration with existing systems, security, costs, operations, compliance. In other words, architecture.

I founded Yelty to put that experience at the service of this transition, with three simple services: taking a POC to production, providing shared-time technology and AI leadership, and preparing systems for the AI Act.

What guides my work

  • Clarity — saying what will work and what will not, even when it is not what people hope to hear.
  • Trust — documented, justified decisions, and teams that become autonomous.
  • Impact — one system in production is worth more than ten demos.
