Privacy policy
How Yelty processes the personal data collected on the yelty.fr website.
Last updated: October 2026.
Yelty takes the protection of your data seriously. This website collects as little data as possible. This policy applies to the yelty.fr website and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
Data controller
Yelty SASU, 30 rue de Vierzon, 41400 Montrichard Val de Cher, France, represented by Christophe Cosnefroy, President. Contact: contact@yelty.fr.
Yelty has not appointed a data protection officer, as this is not mandatory for its activity. Any question about your data can be sent to contact@yelty.fr.
Data collected and purposes
Booking a call. When you book a scoping call, the Cal.com service collects the information you enter (name, email address and, if any, your message). It is used only to organise the call and to contact you about it. Fields marked as required are needed to schedule the call. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Email exchanges. The messages you send are kept to reply to you and follow up on the relationship. Legal basis: Yelty’s legitimate interest in answering the requests it receives.
Hosting. Like any web server, the host may record technical connection data (IP address, date, page viewed, browser type) for security and to keep the service running properly.
Yelty does not sell or rent your data, and does not use it for marketing without your consent.
Cookies and audience measurement
The website sets no advertising or audience measurement cookies.
Audience measurement. Yelty measures traffic on the website with Matomo, open-source software installed on a server administered by Yelty: no data is passed to a third party. Matomo runs here without cookies; IP addresses are anonymised, and only aggregate statistics are produced (pages viewed, where visits come from, clicks on the booking buttons). This processing, limited to measuring the website’s audience, is exempt from consent under the rules of the CNIL, the French data protection authority. The data is kept for 25 months at most.
The Cal.com booking module is only loaded when you click a booking button; it may then use the trackers strictly necessary for it to work.
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for Yelty only. It is processed on Yelty’s behalf by:
- Cal.com (call booking);
- Google (website hosting through Firebase Hosting, email).
When these providers process data outside the European Union, they do so under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).
Retention period
Data about a business contact is kept for three years after the last exchange, then deleted. Audience measurement statistics are kept for 25 months at most.
Security
Yelty applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the whole website, access to the tools limited to the data controller, providers bound by the GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time when processing is based on it. Under French law, you can also set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@yelty.fr. If there is reasonable doubt about your identity, proof may be requested. You will receive an answer within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France (cnil.fr), or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
